If your order arrives defective or damaged, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return, unless otherwise specified in the product description. For items beyond the 7-day period, please reach out to the manufacturer directly for assistance. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipment.

Defective Items:
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a warranty to cover manufacturing defects. However, please be advised that any damage resulting from incorrect wiring or connections will not be honored under this warranty. It is essential to ensure proper installation and adherence to the provided guidelines to avoid potential issues and maintain the validity of the warranty. To return a defective item, please ensure it is in its original packaging with all accessories intact.
Mishandled Items:
If an item has been damaged due to mishandling by the courier, it can be returned. Please make sure the box remains unopened and the seal intact.
Incorrect Shipments:
If you received an item that is different from what you ordered or what was specified on our website at the time of purchase, you can initiate a return. The item must be in its original unopened box or packaging, with the seal intact.
Once our Quality Control team has inspected the returned item(s), we aim to process your return within 5 business days. In the event that the item is determined to be a manufacturer’s defect, we will provide a new replacement of the same item free of charge.
